 Why do I need to provide my real email address and phone number when I place an order, especially when I don’t want to be spammed?

Here at Meme Jewels, LLC we guarantee that all of the information you voluntarily provide to us will be kept private. Unfortunately, we often get a customer who will give us false contact information, which places our customer service department into a difficult position if they need to contact you about your order. If you don’t provide us with accurate contact information, we will have no possible way to contact you. For example, if your credit card doesn’t go through, or an item is backordered, we won’t be able to inform you. Also, you won’t be able to receive a confirmation email to have a way of tracking your order. So, to make is easier for yourself, and us, we ask that you provide accurate contact information.

Why didn’t I receive an email confirmation when I placed my order?

If you did not receive an email notice of your order, we ask that you first check your spam folder. It is likely that it is in there, and you simply need to set it that our emails be delivered to your inbox. If it is not in your spam, then please contact our customer service department.

How do I know if my order has been shipped?

We send an email notification to you as soon as your order has left our warehouse. You will find a tracking number in this email, to be able to track your package.

How can I track my package?

Simply click on the tracking number that is provided in the shipment confirmation email. This will let you know the status of delivery. Please check the delivery service’s website for definition of their terms.

If I placed an order, can I cancel it?

Can I exchange an item?

You may only exchange an item for the SAME item you purchased, by only changing the color, or size. We do not accept exchanges for a different item.

I accidently entered the wrong shipping address, or made an error in my order, can it be changed now?

Once you have noticed the error, whether it’s the shipping address, or the order, please immediately call our customer service department. If it hasn’t already shipped out, we will be able to change it for you.

Do you accept an international credit card?

We accept most international credit cards that are placed at MemeJewels.com, although we reserve the right to require additional verification.

When will I receive my order?

Most of the orders placed at MemeJewels.com are shipped the next business day. You will receive an email confirmation which will have a tracking number so you can keep track of your order once it has left our warehouse. On the rare occasion that an item is not available to ship out, you will be notified through email.

Will my shipping charges be refunded?

We will only refund your shipping charges if the delivery service has lost your package, a damaged item is shipped from our warehouse, we ship the incorrect item, or item is damaged in transit.

What delivery service is used to ship my order?

At Meme Jewels, LLC, we ship using USPS and FEDEX services. You will be notified in the confirmation email which one is used for your order, as well as provide a tracking number.

Can my order be shipped with expedited shipping?

Yes, we can expedite the shipping on your order. However, additional cost will apply. Simply choose the shipping method during checkout at MemeJewels.com and the additional cost will be determined at that point.

Will I be charged a sales tax?

State laws require internet retailers to charge a sales tax based on the state the order is shipping to.

What is the difference between gold plated, and gold vermeil?

With gold plating, a metal such as nickel or brass is covered with an electroplated gold, whereas gold vermeil is sterling silver which is covered with electroplated gold.

How do I best maintain my jewelry purchased at MemeJewels.com?

What are the differences between replica and counterfeit jewelry?

The most significant difference is that counterfeit fraudulently stamps the famous logo on it somewhere on the piece and then tries to pass it off as an original created by the famous designer. Please note, whether the buyer is unaware of this, or knows, it is still illegal.

However, we here at MemeJewels.com do sell jewelry which has been inspired by famous designers, but we will never claim it’s an original, if it’s not.

What are Cubic Zirconia Stones?

Cubic Zirconia stones are also referred to as Cubic Zirconium, and are used to best simulate diamonds. Do you have an actual store front for customers to come to?

We do not. We are an online jewelry store only.

Is there a catalog available?

Due to receiving multiple pieces of jewelry from all over on a daily basis, it would be impossible to keep up with a printed catalog. We do keep our merchandise current on MemeJewels.com though; have a New Arrivals page to best keep you informed of new items available.

I received an email letting me know my order is backordered, why?

Due to receiving and selling multiple items on a daily basis, we will run low at times at that information is difficult to keep up with in live time on the website. If the item is backordered, it could take about 2-4 weeks for you to receive your order. Please note that this time is not a guarantee, just an estimate.

Will I be charged additional shipping if part of my order is backordered?

No, all backordered items will ship out as we get them, at no additional charge to you.
