Return and Exchange Policy

MemeJewels.com wants you to be a happy customer and we want you to be completely satisfied with the jewelry that you receive from us. If you're not completely satisfied with your order, you may return it for refund or exchange within 30 days since date of receipt. The jewelry that you are returning must be in its original condition without any sign of wear, damage or alteration or otherwise we will not accept such return.  

1. Contact Us by sending us an email including your order number stating that you are either returning or requesting for an exchange

2. For an exchange, indicate on the invoice what you wish to exchange the jewelry for. Your account will be credited for the amount of the returned jewelry, and then charged for the replacement jewelry. Be sure to include the jewelry item name, number, and price. It is very important to include your daytime phone number in case we have to contact you. In order to receive a refund or exchange, the jewelry must not show signs of damage, wear or alteration.

3. Please indicate a reason for your return on the invoice that was included with the shipment of jewelry. Your feedback is very important to us! 

4. Place all the original packaging in the return box, including your jewelry, box, pouch, any free gift and a copy of the invoice. 

5. Write the word EXCHANGE or RETURN on the outside of the package, to indicate the type of processing. (see examples below) You may return or exchange any item except "Final Clearance" items or custom engraved items for any reason, within 30 days of your purchase. We do not require an RMA number for returns or exchanges.

6. Any jewelry purchased from the Clearance Section has been drastically reduced in price, and as such is not eligible for a return or exchange. Please be aware when purchasing that this is literally a final sale, and if you send back the jewelry for a return or exchange we must simply send the original purchase back to you. If your jewelry ARRIVES damaged, you must contact us in writing (send an email with your order number to customercare@memejewels.com) within 5 days of receipt to review the return/exchange options available to you. If your jewelry BECOMES damaged past the 5 day deadline, you will NOT be eligible for a return or exchange.

7. YOU MUST SHIP TO US VIA THE US POSTAL SERVICE TO OUR P.O. BOX. We will only accept returns & exchanges that are sent to our PO box. We recommend using Delivery Confirmation to track the delivery status of your package and you must apply postage to the returned package.

8. Once your jewelry return is received, it will be processed within 10 business days. MemeJewels.com will not be responsible for loss or damage of return shipments. A credit will be issued to your original method of payment within 15 business days of receiving your returned jewelry item. Once the adjustment has been made to your credit card account, you will receive an email confirming that transaction. 

9. RESTOCKING FEE: Any return we receive after 30 days will be rejected or subject to a restocking charge of 15% at MemeJewels.com's sole discretion.
